Jayne is Regional Director of Six Seconds Middle East, Africa & India, as well as Founder and Executive Partner of Dynamic Learning. With a decade of experience in EQ, her passion is maximising the potential of people by supporting them to unlock their value and increase performance both personally and professionally.
Jayne comes from the hospitality sector and brings 25 years of operational leadership experience along with extensive expertise in consulting, coaching, and the design and delivery of powerful, scalable learning and development programs. She has a wide spectrum of experience in learning, organisational change, service, and building world-class teams throughout the Middle East in addition to Africa, India, UK, Europe, China, Russia and America. Her impressive list of clients include Qatar Airways, Jumeirah, Rotana, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Almarai, Kempinski, Allied Pickfords, Holiday Inn, Parsens Brinkerhof, Drydocks World, Aramex, Richemont, Novartis, Tecom and Emirates NBD.
She holds a Post-Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Learning and Development. Jayne is amongst a handful of Six Seconds’ Advanced Practitioners in Emotional Intelligence in the world, a certified EQ Coach and a Master Trainer of the Six Seconds’ Certification Programs. She is credentialed to deliver Six Seconds’ tools including the Six Seconds’ Emotional Intelligence Assessment to help individuals develop core competence, and the Vital Signs range of tools to focus leaders and organisations on key issues for change. She is author of the “At the Heart of Service” programs, co-author of “At the Heart of Team Performance”, the “Fundaments of Management Workshops”, “the Brain Profiler Workshop”, and the EQ Advanced Trainer certification program. She is currently engaged in research into EQ and service in the hospitality industry.

Lize is a dedicated educator and consultant with 21years of experience in education. Lize grew up and was educated in South Africa where she got her Bachelors degree in Education as well as an Honors degree in English Literature and an Honors degree in Teaching English as a Second or other Language (TESOL).
She has spent almost 19 years teaching in the United Arab Emirates in the Middle East. Lize has taught students of all ages from kindergarten, through primary school and high school as well as adults. She also worked as a Principal of a primary school in Dubai.
Lize’s journey into Emotional Intelligence began in 2012 when she first had the opportunity to attend the EQ Practitioner certification in Dubai with Regional Director Jayne Morrison, while working as an English teacher for adults in the hospitality industry for Dynamic Learning, a preferred partner of Six Seconds in the Middle East, Africa and India.
Lize re-attended the EQ Practitioner and in 2015 and then started working for Six Seconds Middle East, Africa and India office in Dubai. As the Program Manager Lize is responsible for delivering all the virtual programs in the region and certifying people in the Six Seconds Certifications.
She became an Associate Coach with the International Coach Federation after completing the EQ Coach Certification in 2016 to become an EQ Coach. Lize is currently working on becoming a Professional Coach with the ICF.
Lize is an EQ Advanced Practitioner with Six Seconds as she attended a Master Class in EQ in 2018.
Lize is also a Pilates Mat instructor and enjoys exploring the mind-body connection in her free time.
Her Noble Goal is to understand, support and be there for herself and others.
