Situation: The Hyundai plant in Turkey wanted to increase the overall innovation and creativity at its manufacturing plant, especially among front line leaders.
Solution: Six Seconds Preferred Partner, Hayatin Ritmi, developed a custom training program using Six Seconds’ Brain Profiles to develop the team leaders’ ability to innovate.
Results: Participants walked away with practical tools to foster effective collaboration, increase creativity and develop a culture of innovation.

Situation
The Hyundai manufacturing plant in Turkey saw an opportunity to increase productivity by investing in its managers’ ability to think creatively under pressure. They wanted to understand what normally blocks creativity and innovation, and how to create a culture that values thinking outside the box and learning from others’ new and unique perspectives.
Solution
Hayatin Ritmi, a Six Seconds Preferred Partner in Turkey, developed a customized emotional intelligence training program. First, Erdam Ercan and Six Seconds developed a Creativity Profile, based on Six Seconds’ Brain Brief and Brain Talent Profiles, to measure how people’s brains currently processed creative and innovative ideas. Then they used the Creativity Profile to guide the group’s work together and increase individual and collective creativity.
Results
Participants reported an increased ability to think about problems in creative ways, openly communicate and appreciate new perspectives.
