Situation
Shell is a global group of energy and petrochemical companies with over 92,000 employees, headquartered in the Hague, Netherlands. The leadership team at Shell Brunei identified collaboration as a strategic asset for the company, and decided to customize a blended emotional intelligence program to leverage its leaders’ potential for working with and through people.
Solution

The first phase consisted of individuals taking the SEI, the world’s leading emotional intelligence assessment, and receiving a personalized Leadership Development Report. Finally, the final phase focused on implementation, with leaders receiving one-on-one emotional intelligence coaching to assist with efficacy.
